10- Minute Quick break fast:Egg-Bread

Title: 10-Minute Quick Breakfast: Egg-Bread Roll | Save Time Every Morning.

No time for cooking in the morning? School/office rush? Make this 10-minute Egg-Bread Roll. Kids love it, and you’ll save time too.

Ingredients:

- Bread slices - 4 

- Eggs - 2

- Onion chopped - 2 tbsp

- Green chili - 1, optional 

- Salt, black pepper - to taste

- Oil/Butter - 1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Beat eggs and mix with onion, chili, salt, pepper.

2. Cut the crust of bread and roll it flat with a rolling pin.

3. Heat oil in a pan and scramble the egg mix lightly.

4. Put scrambled egg on bread and roll it tight. Secure with a toothpick.

5. Toast the roll for 30 seconds each side till crispy.

Pro Tip:Add cheese or ketchup inside for kids. Works great for evening tiffin too.
